Football fans across America have been shouting “Hut Hut Hut” for a chance to appear in a Pizza Hut commercial before the Big Game, so now America’s largest pizza company is saying “thanks” by giving fans a BIG and EASY way to Make It Great following the matchup. After the most common word is heard on the gridiron – “Hut” – Pizza Hut will give America a sneak peek at its next BIG pizza innovation with a free sample from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 5.

It’s all part of Pizza Hut’s commitment and promise to give fans “Make It Great” moments throughout the year.

“We’ve had so much fun celebrating all the Huts with our fans this year that this was the best way we could say thank you for such a great season,” said Kurt Kane , CMO, Pizza Hut. “Anyone can give away a pizza, but not just anyone can offer up a new product that’s a true category breakthrough. We are the recognized leaders in innovation and this product is definitely going to be a crowd pleaser.”

The odds are in favor of football fans redeeming this offer. According to Stats, Inc., “Hut” is heard an average of 90 times per football game. Plus, redemption is simple. Pizza lovers and football fans alike can pick up the product via carryout or dine-in from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 5. No registration. No memberships required. Just an appetite. Pizza Hut will unveil the new innovation during the official CBS pre-game show on Feb. 3.

“This giveaway will be one of the largest in Pizza Hut history,” added Kane. “It’s our ‘thank you’ to our customers who always make the right Hut call on game day and every day because anything less than great just doesn’t cut it.”
